This is the meal we traveled to the East Coast to find: fresh, local seafood and vegetables cooked to order. Nothing deep fried, just good, old fashioned cooking. Like a home cooked meal, but better. We had the scallops and the bluefin - both were expertly prepared. Service was lovely. Eat here.

This has been one of if not the best place for food in the area! The waitress (I do not remember her name, she was possibly of Inuk decent) was so warm and friendly she had no issue chatting and talking with our family. The cook and owner was also amazing for any food preferences you might have. It was like walking into someone's home and having grandma cook for you. You can't beat that.
We began with clam chowder and a massive bowl of steamed seasoned mussels that were both amazing!!
The lobster was as fresh as it gets with some massive meaty claws!
We also enjoyed an amazing serving of sushi quality bluefin tuna that was marinated with sesame and ginger, it was cooked to perfection.
All in all, if you're looking for a warm and fuzzy place with a great staff and amazing food, look no further! -

What a lovely lunch experience!! The food was homemade, fresh and delicious. The hostess however was the true gem - gracious, kind, and sweeter than the baked goods!! All around wonderful experience!!

What a gem! Delicious island food that is not deep-fried (hallelujah), located in a super quaint old fishing shack. The service was also excellent -- fast, friendly, and full of charm. :)
